Freya and TrustPilot have excellent customer service! I could not find a kickstand for the Varla Eagle 1, as they make room for the Varla Eagle 1 Pro. I sent a message through TrustPilot as a last resort, and later that day received a link for the item in my email that I could pay directly. This is after searching on my own through various websites and thinking I would never find it. Top-notch service and I appreciate it. Thank you you, Freya!

I decided to purchase a VARLA Eagle One V2.0. Unfortunately the first one arrived damaged in shipping and it would not turn on. Via email I contacted VARLA and after following simple protocols they arranged for a pick up of the damaged scooter and sent a brand new replacement. I communicated with Sylvia who always was responsive and helpful. She is very professional, friendly, and pleasant to deal with. She always recognized me on a personal level. Great customer service, Sylvia was wonderful and managed to get us a spare part from Asia as we are located in Australia and couldnt source the spare part there. quick delivery too
