VaporTech USAReviews of vaportechusa.com

Bought three Slim Heat units, took about 2 weeks to ship from the US to Canada. 35 dollars a unit which is quite cheap considering what these can do. Large battery, pre-heating function for vaping thick honey oils (the reason I bought the unit in the first place) and small comfortable form and ease of use means I've very satisfied with my purchase and experience dealing with this company. 2 month later edit: Sadly, of the three units I purchased, 2 of them have already stopped working (button broke on one, the other stopped charging). While I really like what the product does, but unfortunately it seems like there is an issue with build quality. Hopefully they fix that in the future because as it stands I can only give the product a 3/5 rating.

I reached out to customer service due to many of the Vaportech Maxx DOA's I receive. They responded immediately and I promptly received replacements. I am and will continue to be a repeat customer.

Purchased the Icy Lychee and it didn't work and they responded the same day and sent me two more in its place! Great customer service

I left a review 3 days ago about not being happy with the customer service. But things were officially settled and they ended up being very helpful in the end. Giving me my refund promptly plus more. So I wanted to go ahead and make sure I made it known that the experience turned out to be pleasant in the end and I will be buying from them again.

This is one of the greatest cape shops I know. Friendly service and a good selection.

I have been vaping now for over a decade. Let's try this again I quit Smoking over a decade ago and switched to vaping. for the past 2-3 years, I have gotten my vape juice exclusively from VaporTech. I trust them and they take care of me. Always on time, I can count on my order to be here in 3 days so when I'm on the last 15ml bottle ah order more. Also, took advantage of the 50 usd order to get the free shipping and thank you Vtech for the box of swag! I even got my mother to stop smoking using your products and she's been smoking longer than I have been alive. Thanks again VaporTech!
