I love these things but for the past couple months there has been tons of bad batches. I’m tired of buying them and I swear it’s always the last one I open that one is bad and I can’t return to qt because the other two are gone. I have to check them before I leave the store. Kinda annoying.

Bought three Slim Heat units, took about 2 weeks to ship from the US to Canada. 35 dollars a unit which is quite cheap considering what these can do. Large battery, pre-heating function for vaping thick honey oils (the reason I bought the unit in the first place) and small comfortable form and ease of use means I've very satisfied with my purchase and experience dealing with this company. 2 month later edit: Sadly, of the three units I purchased, 2 of them have already stopped working (button broke on one, the other stopped charging). While I really like what the product does, but unfortunately it seems like there is an issue with build quality. Hopefully they fix that in the future because as it stands I can only give the product a 3/5 rating.

I ordered a few different 3 packs and several cartridges in each pack didn't work. It was a waste of money.n

This is the first time I've tried to vape dry herbs ... so, I found the Herbster dry kit online. The VaporTech folks were SO nice about the order and everything was fast and easy. I'm following instructions, but it's evident I'm not doing something right. Sometimes it works really well; other times, not so good. I'm sure it's MY problem. The VaporTech folks told me to contact them if I had a problem or questions and that's exactly what I'll do. I'm absolutely sure the issue will be resolved because VaporTech customer service is top notch. Too bad I can't say that about other companies.
