Ordered expedited shipping on a Thursday. Did not receive it until the next Tuesday. This technically doesn't violate the extended shipping because they dropped it off at the post office for final delivery. Apparently this allows them to be another 1-2 later. Other than that the only complaint would be that the fan is now barely working. Waiting on the cleaning solution to see if that's it. But otherwise the warranty should cover it. I will upgrade this review if this is easily solved

There are few problems I had with the security of this retailer. My account password is stored unencrypted/salted. I know this because it was emailed to me in plaintext when I registered. Unfortunately this was after I entered my credit card number, which I hope is not stored at all. There is also a lack of SSL for the entire transaction. This could be problematic for a large number of people.

They have great items for a great affordable price, but the shipping takes forever. it says 3-5 business days but it takes like 9-10 days.

Currently in the middle of a situation with Vapor Seller, and there was an error on their part. Waiting to see how they deal with it. Time will tell.

Like the product-hope it doesn't break as soon as the first one

First, I paid $19 dollars for 2 day delivery - it took 5. Second, the Dube doesn't work very well. Great prices.

The site seems very pricy
