just ordered pinnacle pro..can't wait!

Didn't recieve tracking number for my package until it had already arrived. Had to call several times To finally recieve it. Package arrived in good shape, just lack of communication.

I recently purchased the Secret Vape Case "Book" for my Pax vaporizer by Ploom. The case seems well made and looks realistically like a book. The case that I ordered was the "waves" style book. There are some places on the "book" cover where the image is slightly skewed and almost looks scratched but nothing too major. The worst part about the product are the 2 different (bar-code) stickers that were on the back and inside of the case. They were almost impossible to remove and they left a sticky residue behind which I can't seem to get off without scratching or damaging the product. However, the inside "mold" that holds the vaporizer and it's accessories in tact was molded to fit everything inside perfectly! If you have questions for the company, don't bother contacting them via "Live Chat". I had asked where my case would be shipped from to get an idea of how long it would take to deliver and it took forever for them to get back to me with the answer: "GA". I then asked an additional question which never got answered. Then there was also an issue with the delivery of my product. Apparently they did not list my address correctly on the package so the delivery was delayed by an additional 3 days (which really sucks when I paid $15 for the shipping). I am happy with my product but I don't know how often I would purchase anything from Vapor Seller again.

So far, I have only visited the site and placed my order, so I will have to wait and see when the product arrives before giving a full review. The web-site showed the item available in 2 different colors however I never found a place to specify which color I wished to order. Therefore, I sent an email to them to clarify which color I wanted, and now I am curious to see which they send ...

At least it arrived. Paid extra for 3 day select delivery took two weeks to arrive, wouldn't have paid extra if I would have know it was going to take so long

I decided to buy the dube vaporizer because it was on sale, and I had used one in the past so its quality was already known to me. However, I paid 20 dollars for 2 to 3 day delivery. Note that I placed the order on a monday (feb 10) so with guaranteed 3 day delivery it 100% should have been there by friday yet I had to wait a full week. I was ready to call and complain on tuesday morning but it had finally arrived so whatever. But seriously paying extra money for expedited shipping and waiting nearly 3 times longer than i should have pissed me off real good.

I ordered 6 vaporizer pens and they didn't leave the seller until 4 days later.
