Since you did not provide a phone number with your order, we emailed you twice regarding the delay in shipment. I am sorry to hear that you did not receive them. If you provided the correct email address, maybe it went to SPAM folder. If you contact us via email, phone of online chat, our CS will gladly resolve this issue.

Hi We provide a $36.99 grinder at no cost and as far as you can pick it up from 3 different retail locations we provided, there is no shipping fee as well. On the other hand, if you ask us to ship the grinder to you, you are responsible for the shipping fee of course and that does not make it a scam or a lie.
