I ordered a vaporizer but was left waiting for it for around 2 weeks because it went on back order even though online it said they were "in stock." Despite the long delay, my vaporizer eventually came in with all of the pieces, and the price was definitely lower than many of the other sites.

After rather extensive research I concluded that I wanted to buy an Arizer Solo and Vaporseller.com offered the best price. Upon placing the order they offered a discounted case which I decided to order as well. The case has several options to choose from, but the web site wouldn't let me make a choice! As I tried a few options of ordering I had trouble. Called their phone number, twice; the sales rep. wasn't much help with how to edit, etc. but did confirm that the order form wouldn't let me order the discounted custom case AND select the design I wanted on the order form. She advised me to call or email AFTER the order was placed to make my choice known. Folks, you need to fix your web site!

I placed an order and paid extra to expedite shipping. The website says "processing", its said this since my order was placed 5 days ago. Contacted the seller to find out they have a problem with the manufacturer and can not ship my order. After contacting the seller they offered a full refund. It would be nice if the website reflected inventory quantities when placing the order. If I knew it was going to take so long I would of ordered from someplace else. This was suppose to be a gift but now I who knows when I will receive it and the whole week has been wasted.
