I was happy at how fast the product shipped, however, when I tried to use product, it did not work. I tried to contact the seller, and no one has responded to my email. Not sure if I will be able to get a refund or exchange for a working model.

They told me that the item was back ordered and they didn't know when they could ship the item to me. I asked them to cancel the order, and continued to buy the same item from another distributor. Meanwhile, they never canceled the order or refunded my money, but instead ignored my response and sent me the item when it came in weeks later anyways. Shady business practice if you ask me. Won't be shopping with vaporseller.com anymore.

I saw the vaporizer on line for about half the price it usually IS. I ordered it all in good faith and here we are two weeks later and still no vaporizer.I'm wondering if I made a mistake.

I will steer as many away from your web site as possible.

As we responded to few other customers above: I apologize but we were shut down whole week in Atlanta due to the snow storm. As you know from the news, we were in State of Emergency and none of the carriers or businesses were operating. We will try to serve better next time.

I ordered my product over 2 weeks ago with the free shipping, I've contacted customer service several times who have responded and assured me the item is on the way. But so far the tracking number I have says nothing has shipped! I'm really getting worried about being scammed, however if I get my item soon I'll change this back up to five stars due to the cheap price and free shipping and I'm not really in a hurry just a bit worried...

I ordered from here 3 days ago and my package has yet to even ship. I called the second day it didn't ship and they said it would ship that day which it didn't. I tried calling back several times with no answer and also emailed twice with no reply from them. This company is very shady and I would not buy from or trust this website or company.

Very displeased with the customer service. I ordered on 1/6/14 and my order was not even shipped until 1/8/14 even though I paid extra for "expedited shipping". Apparently "Expedited" to this company means "take your sweet time.. We can ship it tomorrow "

Dear Danielle 48 hours processing time is pretty standard at any online business especially during busy holiday season but if there is anything we can do to make it right by you, please let us know. Vapor Seller

So I ordered a vaporizer from them and patiently waited for it to arrive. Upon receiving it I found it to be the wrong one. I tried emailing them from the website and it comes back. I tried calling but they are not available and you can't leave a message. I now have a very expensive paperweight and ZERO contact from the seller. BEWARE they are clearly not what they seem.
