Afternoon, Slight issue with shipping date compared to order dates. I requested to be credited for the 2 day air shipment fee due to the product not scheduled to arrive until Monday the 9th and it was ordered on the 2nd. 7 days to receive an item after order with no notification should be reviewed for future customer satisfaction.

Shipping the product, a small hand held vaorizer, by UPS represents 0ver 15% of the cost of goods, yet I have not received it to this moment, 5 days following my purchase. That strikes me as slow and expensive in this day of rapid internet sales delivery. Asking for a review before I actually have the product in hand seems somewhat pointless, but since you asked, I answered.

They sent me the wrong color and it appears to be an older model. I wrote to ask about it, but did not get a response.

I'm happy with the price and options available, although I have yet to receive my piece (ups says it will be here wednesday) the website was relatively easy to maneuver and if it comes through with no problems my rating would be a 4, however the fact that i ordered last thursday is a bummer.

Just ordered an Arizer Extreme Q. Hopefully they will be legit and ship the product carefully and efficiently. Pretty good price. They partner with trust pilot for reviews. Furthermore, they give you a free metal grinder if you post a review.

The site has a hokey western look or something, but easy to use. Not a lot of accessory selection.

It was a good clean shopping experience, but in other sites the warranty came packaged.
