After my original interaction I was very displeased with the customer service. Do to a previously low rated review, I was immediately contacted by a rep to get a better understanding of what happened. After a few positive conversations, the owner also reached out to express his gratitude. Negatives can always be turned into a positive. Im confident in saying that my next purchase(s) will result in a 5 star rating.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME , HOWEVER THEIR CHAT REP TYLER WAS A JERK, COULDN'T TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CONFIRMATION OF ACCOUNT AND CONFIRMATION OF A SHIPMENT, TOTALLY CUT ME OFF WITH NOT RESOLVE, CONTACTED IN HOUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP THEY HANDLE EVERYTHING AND EVEN SWITCHED OUT A TANK FOR ME.. WILL BUY FROM AGAIN..

I purchased the Kanger Tech Subox Nano in Purple and I LOVE IT! I am trying to quit smoking cigarettes and this is definitely a much better alternative. My package was delayed due to USPS part, not Vapor Seller and they worked with me to find my package. Highly recommend them.

Great company who takes care of their customers. I did have an issue with shipping taking longer than expected but other then that my experience with vaporseller.com was great. Would definitely buy from them again and recommend to others.

I have not yet recieved my vape, I ordered it a couple days ago, I then sent them an email (after their company hours) and they responded the next morning technically before the company was supposed to open that day. They take a day or 2 to ship sometimes but any inquires about there company they are happy to handle quickly through their customer service department. I would probably use this website again in the future
