I ordered july 4th took 2 weeks but its here and its awesome

Everything i ordered was great but... the heaters i ordered were the right size but have a different thread then my battery. They will not screw on. Please help with this i dont know if it is the heating chambers or what. Thanks

I payed for overnight shipping not knowing that I wouldn't get it Saturday. And so I'm stuck waiting for it to be here Monday. That's 40 dollers I spent not to get it Saturday. Overall the experience is fine I haven't gotten the item yet so well see when I get it.

I ordered a vaporizer that was listed in stock and was contacted 3 days later by customer service that it was on backorder. She couldn't give me a date when it would be back in stock, but she happily modified my order. Although she was professional, I am disappointed that it took so long and that I am not receiving the product I originally wanted. Please ensure that in the future that the availability of products is more closely monitored so that these disappointments don't happen again. I also believe I should have been offered some sort of discount or extra parts for the inconvenience and delay, but I wasn't. The product itself is of good quality, but I am not fully satisfied.

I believe my order was incomplete. I didn't get a cartridge filling tool, and the mouthpiece was different than specified.. which made the overall instructions a bit confusing. One battery works worlds better than the other, but overall vapor is very low which causes frustration. It calls form having to take several hits, while using the choke that also wasnt mentioned anywhere. I like the product, I'm trying to stay positive about spending almost $100 on it. Its been 3 days and the coil is seemingly out.

I ordered a Handheld vaporizer Wednesday the 11th of June and purchased the product with "2 day air" shipment plan. I thought the product would be shipped and reach my doorstep on Friday. Unfortunately it did not. I'm thinking of asking for my money back for the "2 day air" shipment plan.
