I ordered the Solo and I got an email a couple days later saying that the inventory was seized at the Canadian border. Shouldn't be selling inventory they don't have. However, they did contact me and let me know that I can receive a refund . Still waiting on that.

To be honest I am very disappointed. I received my product today, The Dube by White Rhino. The outside packaging looked to be in order, however the inside packaging was clearly tampered with, the the mouth piece/cartridge was in the proper position but the plastic sleeve that once housed it was removed and roamed freely inside the box. The foam and cardboard insert that holds the pieces in place is flattened and warped on two of the four sides, which surely didn't happen due to the light weight of the Dube. And the ceramic coil in the cartridge is clearly not coiled very well and the tip of the ceramics inside the coil appears broken or chipped. The wall charger has scratches and the plastic sleeve that comes wrapped around it was obviously removed prior and reapplied. Most of these things I can live with. Except for the cartridge being damaged, seeing as the replacement cartridges are $11 a pop. As far as the battery, wall charger, and USB charger those all seem to work just fine seeing as the device turns on and off without a hitch. I would like to try it out but with the damaged cartridge I'm not sure if that's a good idea. Also the email containing their phone number listed their business hours as 8-5 pacific time when it's actually eastern time so I won't be able to get a hold of anyone today to address these issues. Very frustrating. I hope this review was helpful.

It took over 2 weeks for my product to arrive. I got no email confirmation of my order being placed or of when it shipped. When the product finally arrived yesterday the postal person rang my doorbell and told me I owed postage which I had to pay on the spot. Never will order from them again.
