I could have bought the same product from Sears, (yes, Sears) but I wanted to the give "the little guy" a chance. The ordering process was satisfactory. The only problem I had was that the first item I bought came in three different colors as shown in other websites but Vapor Seller did not give me the option to select a color. The checkout process was exemplary; the options to see estimated tax and choose shipping method as a separate process was refreshing. My main problem was the "Welcome" email I received after creating an account. The email listed my Email address and password for all the world to see. I have not seen this before and caused me a bit of distress. Please ask the company to change that procedure, it is unnecessary and threat to individual privacy. Thanks!

i ordered a cherry mfb, turnes out they had them on backorder so i had to go with maple. i should have just paid the extra from the mob website. i would make sure they have what you want to order in stock before you oder it. they were good at keeping me informed.

I got what I wanted really fast and all that but 15 bucks to ship four little glass pieces as the cheapest option? That's a little too much in my opinion. Um hello? USPS flat rate small box would do perfectly and be a third of the shipping cost.
