I shopped on this site twice and recommended them to several of my friends. My original purchase was a MFLB and they got the best prices. The service was fast and delivery was prompt. My second purchase was a Solo (which i recently upgraded to Haze) and same great service with fast delivery. My friends also had good experience with Vapor Seller ever since I recommended them. I just saw an email from them, letting all their customers know that they have been suffering from fake company bashing reviews on this portal and I decided to join and share my experience. It is very easy to bash a business online nowadays since most happy people do not take their time to review businesses. You can use my order id or name as a reference and I do not have a problem with it. Keep up the good work and I will be back for more business.

So here's what happened with me. I ordered a blue Flowermate mini. They emailed and called next day to say the blue are on backorder but I could get the black immediately. Fine with me! So I called and they shipped that sucker right on out to me. So I'm just writing to say that they do care about customer service. I'll update with any further info if the 5 star rating wouldn't be warranted.

I have been in the market for a good portable vape. I owned an Ascent in the past and was ready for a new adventure and bought a Pax from VaporSeller. After using it for 3 weeks, I decided that it was not the unit for me. Too hot vapor, short battery life. Good looking product but performance is not there. I called VaporSeller and asked if I could still return it. They told me no problem. I asked if there is something else I can try instead. They gave me few options and I chose the Haze portable. They took my used unit and gave me full credit towards this other brand. The communication was excellent and they went above and beyond. I have been using Haze last 2 weeks and what a machine. Absolutely love it. Any other company could easily deny my request since it was a used item but these folks care about their customers. Thanks again and you have a customer for life.

We purchased an Arizer vaporizer which is great. When we received it, unfortunately a glass tube was broken. We didn't think much about it, so threw the broken part away. When I contacted them about replacement, I was told I needed to send a pic of the broken part (which we didn't have anymore as trash day had come and gone). They ended up waiving that requirement and replacing the part anyway. Thanks so much, greatly appreciated. Would recommend them to others for sure. Thanks.

I read a few of the negative reviews, so I went in wondering if I was making a mistake. Luckily it went smoothly! Shortly after I had placed my order online, I chatted with a guy on the website and requested them to expedite shipping. I had a USPS tracking number within a few minutes. They didn't actually ship it until the next day, but I received the vaporizer within 5 days from placing the order. I'm very happy, and saved myself some money.

Wonderful customer service and wonderful product.

Finally got a vaporizer that lives up to it's performance as stated in demostrations . I love it .
