Great service

Fast delivery needed replacement parts. Easy to order and get back up an smoking.

With the recent upgrades and material choices, this is hands down the best vaporizer I have ever used. Smooth and cool draws retaining the best flavor profile I can find. The sweet lighting effects (and reminder that it's on!) and finishes look really sharp on my desk. After trying it, 2 friends immediately went out and bought their own! Thank you for making a phenomenal product!

My initial order was mixed up as, I was on my second order, but the Guys worked with me until they got it right! And their attention to customer satisfaction is rare these days and greatly appreciated! I WILL order from them again, and recommend them to my family , friends, and everyone that expresses interest in my tool
