Bought the Pen. Came with charging cable that didn't fit the mini-usb port. Frustrating.

I spent $800.00 to buy a VB2 Multiconverter for concentrates. This was upgraded after a failure to a VB2.5 which had a different medical grade heater. When that failed I mailed it in for a circuit board short circuit repair and never got it back again. Seems Linus just closed up shop. He told me he couldn't get an engineer to fix it. Well whatever, I'm still out a VERY expensive vape. It was fun while it lasted though.

I am an avid vaper and was replacing my Silver Surfer. I don’t find the Vapor Brothers unit as user friendly and easy to use. I purchased the hand held model. Compared to the Silver Surfer I give it a C-. I should have gotten another Silver Surfer.

The unit arrived with a dent on the front of the wood. Most disappointing...is that the "glass" and "ceramic" bowl has cheap, toxic plastic right in the middle!? Looked like it was part of the ceramic bowl in the pictures. The description doesn't even mention that there is toxic plastic INSIDE the bowl which comes into contact with the heat! Very disappointed.

Dear Nicholas, We're sorry your unit arrived with a dent. This could have happened during shipping, as our units do not leave our facility looking anything less than stellar. We've searched our email records and don't see any from you letting us know. This would have been an easy swap! The Whip Tip, which is the bowl, is solely made of glass or ceramic, there is nothing plastic inside of it. There is a silicone whip grip, but this does not ever come in contact with the heating element. The silicone grip is heat resistant, and made of the same materials as silicone cooking utensils. We're wondering if perhaps you may be referring to the little white ceramic screen, that looks like a honeycomb when you look down the Whip Tip. If so, this is a pure ceramic screen, specially designed to be used with Vaporbrothers vap only. Please let us know if you have any questions! [email protected]
