Vaporboss is simply amazing! Not only do they have a great selection a user friendly site, but their customer service is absolutely stellar! I contacted customer support because I wanted to make sure I was doing the ID verification correctly, and not only did they reply to my questions promptly, but their responses were legitimately helpful and their attitude was a breath of fresh air. Professional, polite, knowledgeable, nice, and appreciative of my business! Imagine that! All my follow-up questions and interactions with support were met with the same professionalism and kindness. (Yeah, this should be the norm for all businesses, but we all know it most definitely is not. Idk why it’s so rare to find businesses that are actually good at providing customer service, but it is) My order arrived shockingly fast. I live in Hawaii and am used to packages taking forever to get here from the mainland (or anywhere, really), so that was an awesome surprise! Being in Hawaii, the cost of vapes here is quite steep, so I’m grateful for the affordable prices, too! Lots of selection, great prices, fast and accurate product delivery, and customer service that’s actually helpful and genuinely nice! I’m officially a loyal Vapeboss customer.

I have been a long term customer with Vapor Boss & am truly sadden at how bad the reviews are when they are such an awesome company. Customer service is great super fast responding. The turn around time is super quick and I have never had an issue with them ever as a customer of 3 years. You guys should try there house brand juice and disposables as if they couldn’t get any better as a company they brought there own to the market and did not disappoint. Don't let the reviews turn you away just because people don't know how to follow SIMPLE steps to do the required verifications or are just completely IMPATIENT and not understanding that things happen.

Like other reviews I read (after the fact🙄), I have not received my order. I ordered on 5/14 and on 5/16 received an email that my items have shipped. I kept checking the USPS with the provided tracking number - but the items did not arrive. Reached out to Vapor Boss and finally got an emailed response that said their vendor lost a lot of orders but that they are tracking those down and resending but it will take some time and because they have to resend so many orders their inventory may not be able to cover items in my original order. The voicemail is full at the number provided on the website. No cancellations or refunds - so I'm just supposed to wait for months? I'm disputing with my bank and moving on.

Because the company is in California and I am all the way in Ohio I was skeptical about ordering. At first there was an issue with my age indication, however that was cleared up less then an hour. Order was right on time and exactly what I ordered. I am very satisfied with this store and the products. Definitely will be ordering from you in the future.

I placed an order with this company for the first time a couple weeks ago. After I placed the order and figured I would double check there reviews and was very concerned because it was a mix bag of of good an bad . So I kept my fingers cross and was pleasantly surprised. Unit was shipped out within 48 hours and tracked received within 10 days .Product was as described and price was great! Will return to purchase in the future .

I ordered the wrong item, it was my mistake. Soon as I received it I emailed them, they helped me out. I sent it back and they gave me back my full credit so I can order the right item. Response time was less than 24 hours. Great customer service in my opinion. Good job VB!

4 day shipping ! Lots of reviews states don't waste your money it's a scam, I took a chance because prices are so good and shipping was great and got my order in full no problems at all
