VaporbossReviews of vaporboss.com

I do business with many Vaping websites and other e-commerce sites. I have never had an issue. I placed an order with Vapor Boss a the recommendation of a family member. The order was canceled because they suspected fraud but they won't refund my money. I think tnis site is a scam .

Expired e juice product received with packing tape wrapped around it so it wouldn’t leak it was that watery. Upon emailing I was told e juice doesn’t expire. Why does it have an expiration date then? Do not buy here

Save your $$. I have ordered from EZ LIQUID & the PUFFBAR site ( although I prefer EZLIQUID) . This is the WORST website that I have ever encountered! PS : my opinion refers to "VAPORBOSS"

I ordered two boxes of replacement coils for my alien mod. I didn't read the reviews before I ordered, so I found these reviews only after I placed my order, and I thought I was going to be scammed, like some other customers are claiming. Luckily, I did receive the coils and I hope the other customers receive their items, as well.

Placed my order two months ago and they changed my shipping address to a nonexistent address. Order was returned to sender and they have continued to say “we willing get it back out ASAP.” It was returned over a month ago and they have stopped responding to me completely. Stole $100 from me total scam.

3 months since I've placed an order and still haven't received it. They tried to blame the Post Office for not shipping the item for 3 weeks. It didn't even leave their facility but they blamed the Post Office. Then they sent it to the wrong address. 3 weeks later, I get an email asking for the correct address AGAIN after I had already told them the correct address. Sent me another email that I would be notified of my tracking number as soon as it ships a second time. Now, here I am 8 days later....still no tracking number. Still no order. I made this order in November 2020. It is now Jan 2021. I will NEVER order from this place again. I wish I would have seen all the reviews similar to mine before ordering. What a joke. Save your money and your time. Go somewhere that doesn't leave it's customers hanging for 3 months. **UPDATE** It's almost Feb and STILL no tracking number, no product, and ALL the run around. I've been assured that there is a "new" customer service team. Since posting this review, I contacted my bank and filed a dispute. The bank recommended that I contact their local PD and file a police report. My money has been refunded (BY MY BANK NOT VAPORBOSS) and the investigation continues. Never in my life have I had such an incompetent bunch of people. They STILL have not offered a refund or anything else to attempt to save their reputation. I'm just glad I use USAA. This was no small order and having that amount of money floating around was really irritating. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. A complete scam of an operation. It seems as if you live around them, their in person service seems ok. But online is a complete scam Updated again: They have now over a year later, asked for more information from Trust Pilot in an effort to try to have my review taken down. I got an email from Trust Pilot saying if I didn't provide more information they would remove the review. These people are the definition of slimey. They could have used that same amount of effort to contact me and make it right but instead, they sought to eliminate my voice. Stay away from these frauds. The nerve of them using a dog tag as their logo while trying to silence a veteran. Truly pathetic.
