I've ordered FreeMax replacement could from them twice now, and both times I've ordered I've received my coils within a week from when I placed the order, the only thing I think they could do to improve the shipping experience is offer a priority 2-3 day shipping for a little extra, and even give customers an option to select require a signature to guarantee others received their orders.... But overall I have had absolutely no issues getting anything I've ordered and would recommend Vaporboss
