Wow what amazing customer service! First off, I was impressed by the selections they have; it’s quite a wide variety and I’m happy with the competing prices they offer. I had a mishap with my products, and they responded right away and assisted me. I got my problem fixed and a new order delivered in under a week. I’m very happy!

My order was delivered early and was exact. When I had questions about one of the products, I was helped via email until I totally understood. They never acted like I was a bother, even though I know I must have been. Highly suggest this site/company. I know I will be back.

I have been doing business with Vapor Authority for several years, not once did I experience an issue that Customer service didn't correct quickly and without question. These days finding companies with the business ethics of Vapor Authority is getting to be rare. Their products are the best, great sales on highly ranked products. Shipping cost a bit more now, this was not a choice Vapor Authority had. I will continue to support this high quality online Vape Shop, I have no reason to shop anywhere else. A great company, honest, dependable and reliable. Jim

Adam S. and this company could not have done more to go above and beyond. Vaping.com lost my order and it took them almost 2 months to refund me my money. Adam ensured I received my order in only 3 days. Unbelievably exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this company. The pricing is extremely fair, but the shipping is just amazing. They’ve earned a customer for life

Customer Service and products top notch! Order a mod that has been hard to find both locally and on internet. Was concerned about shipping only because the tracking app needs lil help. Emailed Customer Service and they replied quickly & even reached out when it was out for delivery. Was very great full because requires a signature, and I was going out of town. Thank you Vapor Authority!
