I like some features of the Vapium such as the variable temperature option and the included accessories (cleaning brush, etc.) but I dislike that the device automatically shuts off after each inhalation. It takes me 4-5 inhalations to get pain relief so it's a nuisance to have to restart the device and wait for the desired temperature to be reached before each puff.

A truly remarkable piece of equipment. The Vapium Lite is easy to use, convenient, and, best of all, discreet. A quick read of the instruction manual was all that was needed to know how to operate the Lite. I love the vibration system that lets me know when it's good to go -- a great little innovation. The only (minor) quibbles I have are I wish that there was a light to display battery level while the Lite is turned on (instead of just at the beginning of a session), and the mouthpiece can get a little hot to the touch over extended use. Otherwise, it is an excellent gadget, and I'm so glad that I made the purchase. Highly recommended!

The equipment looks really nice and feels great in the hand but the delivery is mediocre at best. wishing for the new improved version

Excellent costumer service. I incorrectly entered a zip code and it was fixed by Vapium. I have to add that their response time is quick and to the point.
