I would recommend this company to anyone!

Not too hard to load or clean. It's rugged. No scratches after all this time. It even fell in the tub and survived after being dried out.

My Summit works like a charm every dang time. It's more reliable than most of the other devices I own! Any time I've had a question Vapium has always been quick to respond in a friendly manner - whether by phone, email, or social media. That's great service!

after about 3 week the Summit would not work. no led lights even after overnight charging ... no nothing. Ok so maybe it needs to be reset. 3 e-mails asking for help to the service dept. were never answered. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and I had such high hopes!

This is a great little vaporizer. I use it regularly and it often travels with me. Maintaining it is easy and should be done regularly. The app is still evolving, but is super handy.

Company stood behind their product even though it was not purchased from an 'authorized' dealer. Issue did take a bit more back and forth than should have in my opinion, but in the end I am satisfied. Old part failed within days of receiving the replacement part.

I have a lot of vapes, but vapes only warrant their place in the rotation if they earn by being great or offering something unique. I upgraded from the summit to he summit+ and my main gripe had been dealt with, the battery life is now not an issue at all for me, and when the weather sucks there is no other vape I grab! I'm almost looking forward to winter to be warming my hands whilst vaping outdoors!
