The product just didn't wodk

It's super easy to use and very handy. I honestly take it everywhere, don't go anywhere with out it! I have zero complaints about it

Great vape, but shipping is very expensive.

I've been using it for a few months now, and it is consistently a pleasure. Heats up quick, produces good vapour, the charge lasts a long while (probably due in part to the quick 'standby' mode. And, it's got a magnetic chamber door....so sweet. If you're looking for a portable vape that's easy to maintain, I'd say you would not go wrong here.

The actual experience using the Vapium is awesome. Cleaning the Vapium was not working the way the instructions said with the pipe cleaners. All that did for me was put fuzzies in the unit, as well as the pipe cleaners never went through the chamber part like the instructions show. The first unit I had within the first month the charging part went out and I had to send it back. They did send me a new and improved unit. Now the second unit needed a new mouthpiece, so I ordered along with a few other things. I received the other day and when I went to take out the old mouth piece the whole unit fell apart into a lot of pieces. I am done trying!!

I placed my order on Tuesday August 30th with 2 day shipping. In my email confirmation it said I would receive another email when my order has shipped. It is now Monday Sept 5th and my order still has not shipped. I do understand that today is a holiday but my order was placed 3 days prior to the holiday weekend.
