I've already recommended this company to tons of people since I purchased from them. I'm extremely satisfied with the product and have had not a single problem with it unlike others that I've bought from different companies.

Purchased Summit+ a week ago and a package arrived today. Unfortunately, no Summit+ in the package--but a bottle of joint complex supplements. Will contact customer care, but took longer to arrived than should have, but would have been fine if it actually contained the product I paid for. Update: Vapium replied quickly, see response below. However, tracking number never did follow. I called twice, sent pictures of the mix up (as requested), and emailed a few times. Even though I never did get a tracking number and follow up was poor, the Summit did end up arriving three days after the mixed up package. The Summit+ itself works well, seems durable and well-made. First vaporizer so takes a some getting used to. For just the vaporizer, I'd give a 4 to 5 star rating. They did take care of the mix up quickly, it's the poor communication that earns the 3 star review.

Love the vape, love the buzz to tell me it's ready, smartphone app is vey usable. Customer service was spot on, and very responsive! Thanks, folks!

Great product highly recommend best vape for your money

After owning my Vapium Summit for only 4 months, it malfunctioned and would not hold a charge. Unfortunately I had neglected to register it when I received it as a Christmas gift so it was not under warranty. I emailed customer service asking what I needed to do to have it (hopefully) repaired. The customer service rep was wonderful! After emailing him a copy of the purchase receipt, he initiated the warranty so I could send it in for repairs at no charge to myself. I greatly appreciated that! I love my Summit and use it daily. Great little apparatus! And fantastic customer service!

I love the Vapium Summit+! It's an incredible vaporizer for its price range. The 2 year warrantee is also really nice, and Vapium's customer service was quick to help replace my Summit+ when I emailed them in after mine broke. After sending them a bit of information and a picture of my broken Summit+, I was mailed a brand new one, and even got some cool accessories like a T-shirt! These guys are super awesome, and the Summit+ is a wonderful vaporizer at its price range. Would totally recommend to anyone who wants to get into Vaponic and wants a solid vape at a good price, or a vape coneseur who wants a nice on-the-go adventure vape!

I had some issues with my Summit: the glue that holds the magnets for the mouthpiece and the oven chamber lid dried out, and I had to reglue them. More troubling it began to have problems turning on- it was fixed by an overnight charge, at first, but eventually would not power on unless it was connected to the charger. Email support was prompt and courteous. I was issued a return authorization without hassle, and VapeWorld determined it was not repairable, and is sending me a new one. I haven't received it yet, but so far my experience with customer service at Vapium and VapeWorld has been positive. I have some reservations about build quality, but I'm optimistic those will be removed with my replacement unit

One of the most satisfied purchases I've ever made. Increadibly well made product, performs exactly as advertised. Always responsive and friendly with questions and concerns.
