I found Vape Closeouts on google search. I’ve never purchased online or bulk before. They didn’t have what I wanted ( nobody does as it’s been discontinued) but they contacted me by text not only to let me know but then called me to offer a substitute. I do not care for the sweetness of the majority of vapes. The agent spent 15 minutes on the phone asking what I liked and didn’t like and then sent the substitute which I received in 3 days! I was very pleased, the substitution was on point!!!

Wow, I am truly impressed by the customer service of this company. They had a problem with my order due to the type vapes I like are very hard to find. But within a day they were like 'we will find them'. And they did! They were constantly in contact with me and made me feel very special. Just wow.

Customer service is spot on!! I live in Bermuda. We used to receive our items through DHL - quick home delivery, duties sorted through payment. It was a breeze! Unfortunately, the company can no longer use DHL to deliver to Bermuda. USPS takes forever and goes to our local post office where we have to pay duties upon collection. I had pre-paid the customs duties as part of the order. I sent an email to customer service requesting a refund and received a response within a couple of hours and confirmation that the refund was processed. Amazing!! They were not aware that they wouldn't be charged the duties. So, if you're ever in the same situation, you can go ahead and pre-pay and feel confident that you'll get refunded straight away. Fantastic service!! Plus, they carry my favorite brand/flavor, which I'm told has been discontinued. So, i stocked up as I can't get it elsewhere. Highly recommend 👌
