This review is not for products I received, I’m reviewing my experience with the company and customer service. There was a problem completing my order due to methods of payments I used which resulted in my order not being shipped. The company reached out to relay what was needed to rectify the situation, was easily accessible, had open lines of communication. Due to the initial delay, I ordered somewhere else but would consider ordering from here again. Good selection, brands hard to find elsewhere they had in stock.

They didn’t have my product in stock, but they called me right away. They were very helpful in assisting me to find a different product and promptly reimbursed me for the price difference between the old and new products.

Had exactly what I wanted, and shipped really quick.

They take the time out to personally text you with any issues and do whatever they can to fix it as fast as possible. They even check up after wards to make sure you are happy with your products. The best customer service I’ve ever had with any website.

I've used Vape Closeouts probably 5-6 times to order my vape in bulk since 2024. Only complaint I would have is the shipping fees.
