Vantage Acceptance helped me to pay off my credit card debt and saved me thousands of dollars in a very timely manner. What would've taken at least 18 years at minimal payments took only 5 1/2 years, and my monthly payments were affordable. They always worked with me and always available to answer my questions. The represenatives that I delt with were knowlegable, curteous, and kind, several times I could not make my payment on the due date, but a represenative worked with me. I had lost my job during Covid and thanks be to God I was able to get this debt paid. I want to sincerely thank each and everyone that had a hand in working with me.

Overall, they did a pretty good job. They were prompt in taking money from my account and did a pretty decent job of helping to reduce my debt. The only complaint that I had during the whole course of events was that they made an error and charged me an extra six (6) months of payments and I still don’t exactly know why.

We spoke to client after the review was posted and apparently there was a misunderstanding. We explained to the client that the company did not make an error and he was not charged extra. Client said that he now understands and that we did a "great job". Much thanks to the client.
