What a difference the Pearl Eye Cream has made in my eyes. It's actually more of an ointment so for me, I don't use it when I wear makeup. Since I have been using the pearl eye cream, my lashes are thicker and longer, the circles have faded and the crows feet have lessened! Great product and quick delivery!
