Put some items in my cart, went to look and see the shipping cost, it was a big high, so I just closed the browser and left. Later that day I noticed an order shipped email. I did not complete the checkout and make this order. I emailed sales at vanman shop immediately to cancel before it ships and save everyone some hassle, no answer. I emailed again and again for days, no answer. I then tried their Instagram and messaged them there, no answer for days. Bit of a joke operation, no customer service whatsoever

This is a dishonest company. They sell low quality tallow that has been proven not to be suet and they've been sued for toxic levels of heavy metals in their tooth powder. Please do research on this company before buying any of their trash! This is not a professional company making professional products, stay away!

Teakes 2 week's to be delivered , i send them an email and all they tell me still on processed. can't believe that Amazon are faster then vanman website. So disappointed.

Terrible customer service. I was charged for $50, but never received it. I have politely reached out to them numerous times, but no one has replied to me. I will continue to try to resolve the matter, but be careful dealing with this company. Not good!

This company does not have the professionalism and empathy to be considered a normal business. They do not really care about the customer and can actually be quite facetious/condescending and just overall rude. I wouldn't purchase again after my experience.

Bad Company. The products are full of chemicals which there is a lawsuit regarding. There is zero customer service. They are condescending and disrespectful.

His products contain ridiculous amounts of heavy metals, tested and proven. His response is always that a Hershey Kiss has more toxins, well, that same company tested the hershey kiss and it came back with 12,300% less toxins than his dangerous products. Oh and when you try to warn his clients online he blocks you.

Paid for my order and never even received it. Reached out numerous times, the management didn't even answer. ABSOLUTE SCAM.
