VanityvanlinesReviews of vanityvanlines.com

Josh was absolutely wonderful to work with! He helped me move from Alaska to Texas, and as stressful and complicated as a long-distance move can be, I felt supported and taken care of every step of the way. His prices are fair, and he runs his business with integrity and a genuine commitment to customer care, which is unfortunately rare to find in the moving industry these days. When the carrier tried to upcharge me, Josh went above and beyond to make sure my original quoted price was honored. That level of honesty and dedication really sets him apart. If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy moving company that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend Vanity Van Lines! I’m so grateful for Josh’s help in making such a stressful move a much smoother experience.

I ALMOST didn’t go with them… The initial contact with Vanity Van Lines was actually really good. I even got to talk to the owner, Josh, and they gave me the lowest quote out of everyone. I was ready to go for it… But of course, I wanted to be cautious, so I looked them up first. That’s when I saw some recent bad reviews and I was like, “yeah… there it is, that’s why it’s cheap.” Josh had a follow-up call with me, and I was honestly a bit upset, so I brought it up right away. I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t walking into a bad situation. He explained that those reviews were fake and came from an ex-employee who had issues with the company. I didn’t believe it right away, but he showed some proof and explained everything clearly. At that point, I just thought, you know what, I’ll give them a shot. I also saw a lot of good reviews though. it was just those recent bad ones that made me hesitate. And I’m really glad I DID. Everything went smoothly. I had some fragile items, so I was very particular, but they handled everything really well and professionally. No issues at all. Just wanted to leave this here because I almost backed out because of those reviews, and that would’ve been a mistake. If you’re looking for a genuine review about this company… read this!
