They are absolutely terrible. never for my jewelry, its been over a month. nobody will answer phones. DONT DO IT!

Horrible company. They lie. They don't follow through as they say they will send email confirming shipping date..then they u the customer have to do all the leg work..u call them back they failed to tell u they didn't have ring in stock..paid for rush shipping now the Xmas holiday is upon us and guess what..still NO confirmation..NO ring delivered!!! They don't care...lousy human beings.. They!!! They suck!!! DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Do not trust this company last Christmas my husband purchased a ring and they charged him for two they wouldn't refund the second ring because they said they already sent it so he waited for both rings to come in the quality of the Rings are not good so he sent them both back got the runaround about getting a refund so we had to fight them through our credit card which on a timeline is too late so they got us for $338 do not trust this company poor quality they are liars

They really have bad degrading jewellery. Mine was a Valentine's day gift that badly degraded within three months. They offered a discount for a future purchase wich most likely reflects the actual cost of this garbage. Why the he'll would I buy something else???

Do not order from this company. It's based in China and you won't get your order. I ordered a ring not terribly expensive only £60 but I never received it. I was given a tracking number but apparently my ring never made it passed Beijing airport. I was in regular contact with the customer service dept but was just told that the delivery option I had chosen would be 5-8 days even though I had already been waiting 25 days since confirmation of despatch. Cutting my loss and ordering from a reputable company in future.

I am in hospital for 2 months now and wanted to marry the love of my life so i ordered a ring and payed for express so i can have it here before i nolonger can but they do not mention that they are closed for a long holliday they even offer valentine's specials but they are 100% closed
