Hi Lance, Would you please let me know your order number? I am so sorry for the inconvenience, and I totally understand how you feel. However, we have had many cases of customers' credit cards stolen and swiped, which is a loss for both us, and that's why we need extra verification information for the orders that may be at payment risk. Please kindly know we only need part of your information, you can cover the information that isn’t requested. There is another solution, you can place the order again with the payment by PayPal, in which the order does not need the verification. If it is indeed inconvenient for you, we will arrange a cancellation and refund for you, I would appreciate you could let us know your opinion via email. In addition, all of our customer reviews are true, from each customer’s own feelings. We have been in the US market for ten years and we always have been trying to do better. However, there are still some problems occur that are out of control. There are plenty of reviews from customers, we are being loved by many customers. Thanks a lot for your understanding and time. Elsa Best regards! [email protected]

Hi Dawn, I am very sorry for the trouble caused to you. Actually, the rose ring is one of our bestsellers, and it has been selling well for many years and deeply loved by lots of customers for several years.  However, no product can satisfy all customers. After you mentioned that you didn't like the ring, we suggested you return it for a refund. but didn't receive your request for a refund. We just noticed your update with this review, about the peeling issue, I appreciate it that you could send us photos of the item through email, the clearer the better. We will figure out the problem and offer a solution. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact us. Thanks a lot for your understanding and time. Elsa Regards! Hi Sabrina, We're sorry about the issue. Please kindly understand that it's the craft characteristic, because of the limitation of the electroplating process for the colored items, even though we have introduced the best electroplating technology already, the colored figures on the ring may wear and tear with the continuously wearing, and they may expose the color of the inner metal. We are willing to work with you on this matter and have sent you an email( chibipyrosama@*****.com). Hope we could get back from you soon. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact us. Elsa Best regards! [email protected]
