VANCAROReviews of vancaro.com

The customer service is amazing!! I had ordered the wrong size and they were super helpful with helping me change the size even after ordering already! Then on top of that the ring came in really fast and it was absolutely beautiful! I would order again! :)

I ordered a ring a tad too late. It was supposed to be an anniversary gift but want expected to arrive until 5 days after. Luckily it arrived the day following my anniversary and was the cherry on top of the festivities. The ring quality is great and it looks amazing.

Bought 2 pair of earrings and a ring. Love all of them. They're as pretty as pics make them look. Very happy.

First of all, customer service is exceptional!!! They go above and beyond!!! And second I love their jewelry so much!!! Super fast shipping!!

This ring set is absolutely stunning. The packaging was so nice also. What really got me was the customer service. This company goes above and beyond! That’s rare nowadays. Thank you.

Service and product was perfect . Gave you detailed email on tracking and delivery can’t wait to order again

I miss calculated my ring size and it came too big. I sent it back and ordered the smallest size they had. They shipped it out as soon as I paid the return shipping. Customer service is very good and they get back to you within 24 hrs of you emailing them. I received my ring and it fit and it was beautiful especially for the price. I also bought the matching necklace and earrings to match. Very satisfied with the quality and the customer service. Will purchase again.

Excellent customer service and follow up
