the seats are uncomfortable particularly the arm rest areas. the wifi wasn't working as well even after a couple people complained to the driver and he wasn't doing anything about it.

Bus toilet not clean. No announcement re loud cell phone use so lots of loud talking. Excessive long rest stop after traffic delays.

Three of us took the regular Vamoose bus from Bethesda to NYC on the morning of May 6 and it was fine. We came back late afternoon on May 7 on the Vamoose Gold Bus. The overhead lights above the seats did not work in the entire bus. The air conditioning in the bathroom was not working and it was very hot and smelly. The bus driver did not make any announcements. One good thing about the Gold Bus is that the seats are more comfortable. But for us, the regular bus turned out to be much better than the Gold Bus.

Ride was timely and comfortable. The WIFI service did not work and there was no effort to correct. 2 people for 4.5 hours each were out of contact after paying for the upgrade to the Gold bus. This is not good service.

I love traveling with Vamoose. The driver usually doesn't stop (which I like because it gets us to our destinations faster.) The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because my seat was very uncomfortable. Very small space and my back was hurting a lot by the time I got to my destination. I also sat next to a broken outlet! I didn't realize the outlet was broken until it electrocuted me! The bus should be checked throughly before each trip. I had to sit next to a broken outlet the entire ride! Very upsetting! The bus was also entirely packed so I didn't even have the option of changing my seat.
