It our first time with Vamoose and we will definitly use you again. It was timely and easy to board in Rosslyn. It sure beats flying. Again, it was a nice way to get to New York.

Vamoose is always on the ball in terms of process (lining up on site, leaving on time, etc.) and in meeting expectations (again, keeping passengers updated on expected trip time, etc.). They are always professional and their service is consistent which is greatly appreciated.

1. The Gold Bus is incredible. Reliable, comfortable, clean, on time, relaxed and better than any train or plane. 2. The regular buses are also reliable, clean, on-time, and not completely unpleasant like other bus companies. 3. The customer service is TOP NOTCH. They have always accommodated changes in my schedule, and even putting me on the next bus when I missed my scheduled one. Other companies will make you buy a new ticket or not allow changes to a reservation. 4. The online reservation system is so convenient and easy to use. I often have to change my reservations around when my schedule is up in the air, and can do so 24/7 as many times as necessary. It keeps even track of credits when prices differ. 5. REWARDS! The rewards program is generous and one of the main reasons I am absolutely loyal to Vamoose. 6. Locations: The pick up and drop-offs (in NY and Bethesda I use) are in very convenient and safe places. They don't dump you by the river or under some underpass in a questionable part of town.

On-time performance, fairly comfortable seats, fairly friendly and helpful staff, excellent credit policy for changes of reservation, good availability, good pick up/drop off locations, good luggage handling. Only hitch is the wifi -- totally unreliable. But easy to recommend and always my first choice.

I take the Vamoose bus almost monthly to visit my daughter, son-in-law and grandsons. I was on the Vamoose when then phone call came in to inform us two different times (2 years apart) that our grandsons in NYC were born! The bus always leaves on time, the people who work for the company are always helpful and considerate. I think Vamoose is great and I don't even think of traveling any other way to NYC.

All the agents were polite and helpful. Since the bus was full, it left a couple of minutes early. The driver was very professional and cautious. They even gave all the mothers a red rose to celebrate Mother's Day. The only down side was that my charging station didn't work. All in all however a good ride.

The Gold bus was very roomy, lots of leg room. Had very comfortable and clean leather seats. Best of all, there was a complimentary bottled water. The wi-fi was a bit slow. The lighting inside the bus was very comforting, similar to a Boeing 787. The driver was very courteous and the bus was very clean inside and almost on time. The ride could have been smoother, but the side streets in Maryland were terrible and quite bumpy, not the driver's fault. One suggestion. Add a Gold bus early in the morning, since I go to Manhattan early in the day, like 5 am. And the returning Gold Bus should leave NYC a bit later, like 5:30 pm. If you make those changes, myself and many of my colleague will switch to Vamoos God from Amtrak, which we normally take. Great ride. Will take it again.
