The trip was efficient, the driver competent. I am glad I took the Gold Bus for the experience. The bathroom is difficult--I use a cane and found it hard to brace myself with nothing to hang onto.

Leaving NYC at 7pm on Wed. May 13th, the bus driver was busy talking (on the phone or another passenger?) when our bus and a box truck were vying for space on the road as we were entering the tunnel. After the laying on of horns by both vehicles, the box truck sideswiped the mirror of the bus and sped off. A police officer appeared immediately and notes were taken and we were on our way after 15 minutes. Why did the bus driver have to decide to be first (although he did have the right-of-way) when an obnoxious truck driver thought the same thing and could have put the bus in danger? Especially a day after the Amtrak accident!

Have they squeezed more seats on the bus? It seemed more cramped than the last time I went. I could not get the wifi to work with my iPad, and I used it on a previous trip. It was an OK trip because of the price.

Good bus and fast trip. Good and enough. Wifi sometimes didn't work well.

Always on time, convenient public parking facility near Bethesda and pleasant staff. It would be more pleasant journey if would make 10minutes rest area stop both directions near Delaware and this will make journey more Hygenic. 4 hours nonstop is stuffy and not healthy. Thank you

Very convenient and courteous. HOWEVER there was no reading light available for my return evening trip. Not sure if things were broken or a policy but its absence was not good

After some terrible and traumatizing experiences with Bolt and Greyhound (don't even mention Megabus and the Chinatown buses), I decided to give Vamoose a try. I've taken a total of 3 rides with them so far. Positives: 1) Great customer service 2) I love the guys who manage the boarding process and handle the bags; always friendly and courteous 3) The drop-off and pick-up location is much more convenient than Bolt's and Megabus' which is all the way over by the West Side Highway. Cons: 1) Limited schedule 2) On all 3 of my rides, the drivers took strange routes out of DC and into DC. What should be a 4.5 to 5-hour long ride took 5.5 to 6 hours. 3) The wi-fi didn't work on any of the buses I took.

The stops are convenient and we'll run. Busses are generally on tim. bus service generally ok. I have had a number of bad experiences on the road Including minor accidents.
