I rode Vamoose for the first time last week. I rode the ordinary bus up and the Gold back. Both trips went well. The personnel (bag loaders, drivers) were helpful and friendly. The loading process was efficient and on-time. The drop off point in Bethesda MD is easy to use and right by a big public parking lot if you need to stay with a friend of child who is getting the bus. The rides were smooth. The Gold is much nicer than the ordinary bus but the ordinary bus is just fine. Vamoose is an economical easy way to get between NYC and DC.

We couldn't have asked for more professional drivers from Bethesda to NY. They were timely, drove safely, and communicated in a manner that made us feel we were first class customers.

I have been riding Vamoose for almost five years now and I have to say it has never given me a reason to pick another company. The staff is great. They are always on time. The buses are clean and the point reward system allows me free rides since I travel a lot.

should not be reserved seats. You are the first in line, you should take any seat you wanted. If there are an empty seat you should not put your bag and take two seats.

I have been using Vamoose since its inception and continue to be impressed with its efficiency and excellent customer service. The website makes it easy to make or change a reservation and if there should be a glitch, I call the office and am helped immediately. Their prices are still in the wow! territory and I have yet to meet an employee that isn't polite and helpful. May it go on forever!

Clean and comfortable. Drivers were professional and drove safely. We arrived both ways taking 4 hours each way. I would strongly recommend it to others. My name was on the list, no issues and the vamoose personnel were helpful and courteous both in Bethesda and at Penn Station.
