I've been riding Vamoose since the beginning, but the wireless service has always been terrible. This is my only complaint. This week I had an assignment to complete, it was really bad not to be able to use the internet. It does not maintain a connection for over five minutes without disruption for the next 10.

Convenient location, Penn station in NY and Rosslyn VA. Usually arrive on time depending on the traffic in NYC. However, the 8:30pm bus from NY, my experience is overcrowded bus and the bus is smaller and is not the black vamoose bus they usually have.

I loved my trip to NYC via Vamoose. It was so easy to book, great price, very friendly staff, and safe. I loved my drivers, both were very professional and did an excellent job. Thank you for the Mother's Day flower, great touch!

The seats are awful. I swear I get a weird rash from that scratchy fabric every time I ride. Also would like a stop halfway through.

Had a pick & drop from DC-Ny and back. Professional services. Would have preferred more commentary / time lines etc within bus by the Driver but then it's OK. Rajeeb

The Bad ==================== I wish the seats were larger. I also would like more travel times past 5pm. The Good ==================== Easy to book , easy to cancel, easy to get to and if you get enough vouchers you get a free one way ride. The service is also top notch. Friendly accommodating staff. While departing NYC they handed out roses to all mothers. Something they didn't have to do but chose to anyway which is just amazing.
