Fast service and delivery. However, product was not shipped in a cool state. Not happy that was sold as 10mg but only contained 9.78 mg. Will wait to see if it actually will help after my rotator cuff surgery. Not certain if I should have stacked it with the TB-500

Ease of ordering and a rapid delivery made my initial experience a good one. The only concern is that the BAC water came with no label and my order did not have the third party verification certificate as stated would be sent at time of order.

I’ve now ordered nearly 5 times for Value research Labs. My order has always been processed fast and sent to UPS quickly. UPS delivery has been late half the time by a day. This summer my orders were delivered at the end of the day with temperatures in the upper 90s. When opening my product, it was extremely warm and questionable if they would work. I feel they should pack in a cooler for summer temperatures. Overall, i feel the pricing is good and the products are working.

Loved the customer service, very responsive and kind. I love the NAD. I can feel the rush right away. 500mg. I am a little disappointed in the GLP 2 TR. I do not feel it as potent as previous Tripeptides I have taken and I do not feel much of a difference at all on the same dosage. Kind of disappointing. I will increase the dose and see if that keeps the food noise and hunger at bay.

I’m concerned that there are no lot or batch numbers on the viles, invoice or packaging list, we have to take their word that the product shipped was actually tested. That said they have delivered twice and the product shipped were delivered quickly and they seem to work as expected.
