Still waiting for 2nd order to be delivered 1 st order I got in 2 days the second order is taking forever

Pretty disappointed with my initial order. I've made a total of three orders and I've only received the 2nd order I placed. The first order hasn't arrived yet and my third order is over a week out. The product is great so far though. They just need to figure out their fulfillment.

Everything has been good so far except the Tesamorelin. Got 1 free one from a bad one. Now I had a second bad cloudy one. I didn't request a second one. Just threw it away. Its the only peptide I've had a problem with. I've ordered a lot from your site. Just deappointed in that 1. Everything else has mixed great. I might order from another vendor. Little frustrating about the Tesamorelin.

Price is ok the shipping is unreliable they use UPS and for my experience they’re never consistent and have troubles delivering packages on timeMy last order came 4 days after the delivery date I was emailed for estimated arrival I received an email that it should arrive on September 17 and I received my order September 21 the potency has been on questionable on some of my orders but that may have something to do with the product sitting unrefrigerated in hot truck or warehouse longer than it should I reached out to value research customer service their response was did I contact the shipping company that was odd. They’re the ones who choose to use UPS for shipping. It seems to me like they would want to reach out to them

I received my order within a week, that was fine. I had no idea what to do with it, no instructions etc. But I found one of your clients whom seems to be over the moon with your product She mixed it all up for me showed me how much to use and how to use it. So I'm on dose one which didn't even hurt this needle coward. So I'm happy this far
