I was using brand name reta.. switched over to VRLabs and BOINK appetite is back.. might be sugar in the vial.. very disappointed!

Ordered SLU-PP-332 and reconstituted it with BacWater just like their website said. Only problem is SLU-PP-332 is hydrophobic and shouldn't dissolve in BacWater and whatever they sent me dissolved COMPLETELY meaning it had to be something else in the vial. The vial said 99% purity yet the COA was only 96.58 % purity. Not a huge difference but they hang their hat on 99%+ purity. Made 2 attempts to contact them regarding the order and they didn't respond but they did change the reconstitution instructions on their website and blew me off. NOT TRUSTWORTHY - BUYER BEWARE.

DO NOT BUY !!! There are no instructions with this order. I have no idea how to mix this , how much to use. I purchased 3 bottles. How am I supposed to know how much water is needed for each? Absolutely zero instructions. So this order is not useful.

This was my first time ordering from Value Research Labs and it has been a nightmare. First, my order did not ship same day. Second, they took it to a UPS Store to drop it off where is sat for a couple of days. I was told it would be delivered on Tuesday. After it sat in Florida for 2 days, I was told it would be delivered Wednesday. On Wednesday, I was told it would be delivered Thursday. On Thursday, they said it was delivered but it was nowhere to be found. I have been in contact with customer service and that has been very disheartening. Their advertisements talk about speedy responses. NO ONE has offered to replace the shipment or issue a refund. UPS is investigating and they say I have to wait 8 business days. Value Research is not standing behind their advertising or promised. They charge you a $7.95 for "Route Shipping Protection" and they will not say what that is for. I paid $187.93 a week ago and I still have no product and no idea when or if I will receive anything. Very disappointing. I really feel like I was scammed.

Kenzie was originally very helpful but then basically said I didn’t know how their promotion worked. That was strike one, and the issue was… you HAVE TO put in 3 of your product in the cart to get the free third item. Instead of saying apologies I will see about getting that clarified or eased with advertising, they called me out and said I was wrong. I am here spending money and trying to get you to honor your promotion I am not wrong! Your website just works different than a customer anticipated. Meaning others could have and will have that issue. I was helping them. Then instead of just sending my vials they missed, she said what do you want… so I picked! Big mistake! She is holding that over my head like she did me a favor, now that I have a real issue! I ordered 3-400$ worth of product and didn’t get it! Said delivered to a box but WE DONT HAVE ONE. So I explained and they were able to “send” another one. I had got suspicious since I received no tracking this time.. ok no biggie I can wait… I inquire, they send me one, says nothing has been shipped yet. In that time I made another order. I got the woo commerce or whatever thier third party confirmation, tracking… HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED BY UPS TO SEND TO ME. So I inquire, explain I’m upset, they have yet to send me my product. It is sitting with them and I have waited now7 days for my order, when I checked the 2-3 day shipping box both times with both orders. They not only Blame you for hiring bad shippers, Kenzie in particular said she didn’t know how else to help me and would cancel my order after I said I would back charge if I didn’t get my product or tracking.. I have a new order set to be here and I know when. I have a lost shipment and have no idea where it is, it was for my mother and I look really bad to everyone. So it’s only fair everyone knows how easy they are to deal with if they forget something or LOSE YOUR STUFF! NIGHTMARE

Customer service and shipping is important but when the product doesn’t work then you don’t get return orders! I thought I would try your GLP3 20mg. Absolutely nothing compared to the last one I ordered. I guess you get what you pay for. I’m hungry again. I can eat without pushing it away and feeling disgusted. My glucose is very high! I stopped losing weight and I increased my does insanely.

I usually dont take the time to write reviews,but this was the first and last time with this vendor,I ordered a vial of cjc ipamorelin blend,on the website the vial picture in the description say plain cjc ipa until you go look at the COA,to find out that the cjc has (DAC) in it,which is a complete different compoud,dosing....with Dac the CJC has a half life of 8 days and a dosing of once per week vs daily without dac,thats dangerous especially if things are not labeled properly and not telling people what they are getting. I double checked multiple other vendors and everyone else labeled (DAC) (NO DAC)..not to mention and unlabeled vial of supposedly bacwater I contacted costumer support i get nothing but crickets,RED FLAG then I couta
