Quick shipping-High quality

I am giving ValuePetSupplies a 4 star because of my last experience. I ordered 400 cow ears which are normally quite large on average. This entire batch was MUCH smaller than normal. I would have rated a 1 this time but customer service was great and did what they could and went above and beyond to make up for my disappointment. And YES, you actually get to speak to a human being!!!! I have always been happy with ValePets products and even with this little glitch I am definitely going to continue ordering because they stand by their products & if there is a problem they do their best to make things right!

Fast and good service

I use your product because you have been courteous and the prices are usually good. Sometimes a little high. But otherwise okay. I will continue your product when I need to. Thank you, Diantha Silcock

The bully sticks are thinner than I thought

Great product. Bully sticks are a favorite but kind of expensive. Would u cut the price if I went on a monthly order registry ? Just asking. Richard

These bully sticks were exactly what we expected. Good quality at a fair price, delivered quickly.

I have found the products you push are not the ones I am looking for. I am not interested in bully sticks or puppy pads at all. Your prices on Smartbones bones at 24.99 compared with Chewy at 13.99 and some as low as 8.99 for 24 mini. is high. I am looking for Cesar wet dog food. smartbones or some treats you do not carry. Last sending e-mails 3 and more a day really turns me off. O and this e-mail came after I asked to stop e-mail,
