It was a 10 lb box as advertised but the product inside was not like the pictures it was all small little pieces overall I'm somewhat satisfied the dog doesn't seem to mind also FedEx was 2 days late delivery which is not value pet supplies problem overall I might order it again

I've always bought papers from you however this time I recd the pink papers. They're folded differently and when shaking out have loved some of fiber. The blue or green are better

My dogs love the bully sticks but I wish the price wasn't getting so high everywhere. VSP used to have really good and really cheap bully sticks. They are not that cheap anymore but they are still good.

I received the lamb chews for Sebastian but they were very short...less than a dollar long. Unfortunately I had opened the chews already. ValuePetSupplies offered to refund the money, but unfortunately they were already opened. I used to be able to get bigger/larger chews through ValuePetSupplies but I couldn't use these because of what happened.

It would’ve been much higher if the product would’ve been here as told we were told that it would be here on Friday when the order was done on the Saturday before and we still have not seen it and it’s been a week in four days I bought a group of diapers because I have puppies I had to go out and spend $20 apiece on other ones so it defeated my purpose not happy with you folks and your shipping

Not entirely the company's fault but still have yet to see my product. FedEx has delayed shipping by 5 days now....wish the company would send an email asking if I had received it instead of a survey about how I liked their service or product...maybe a 20% off email for the extended shipping time :/

My son ordered the 6” thin bully sticks and they very nicely substantial so I ordered 100 also. When my order came they were packaged differently and pencil thin. Shoot!

I was disappointed when I opened the packaging of the puppy pads. The size was supposed to be 23X24, when they actually measured 22X23. I was under the impression, due to the increased cost of these and there labeling as "Plus", that they were not the bottom of the line in quality. Frankly, I did not see any difference between these I just received and the ones that I have been ordering from you for years that are labeled "Economy" grade.
