I should not have to count individual…
I should not have to count individual cow ears to ensure that you have sent me the number that I have paid for. In this case I paid for 100 years and only received 97. Now I am wondering how many times in the past you have shorted me of cow ears that I have paid for. It's a disgrace to cheat your customers!

The pads do not contain the urin it…
The pads do not contain the urin it seeps through to the floor. I have a 22 pound Bishon so it’s not a question of the dog being too big for the pads. I have used other brands that do a good job. I would return these but it’s too much of an inconvenience. So for now I am doubling up and it works well if I get there fast enough.

You lost my delivery. The company has made great efforts to rectify the problem.
You lost my delivery. I paid $42 for puppy pads which have never been received. Although you said you would investigate, I’ve never heard from you, never received my purchase, and never received a refund. Terrible company
