Great prices and fast delivery!

Service was above and beyond! The original package was lost in transit due to an address mistake (my fault). I let them know what happened and the order was immediately resent to the correct address. Great price on what I ordered also. I’ll continue to reorder!

I had previously ordered this same exact terrarium from Amazon.com. It arrived (from Amazon, not from this company) without ANY protective packaging at all. There was literally no packaging beyond the product box, there were no "fragile" or "glass" stickers (though there's a colorful picture of a terrarium on it). It was, not surprisingly, rattling and broken. In order to get a refund I had to send back the broken glass to Amazon (and due to size I had to take it an actual ups store not just any drop off location). Breakage happens but that seemed like they just didn't care. So I decided to try ValuePetSupplies which I found as a listing on ebay (but then ordered from directly). So happy when this time the terrarium arrived (promptly) in a big shipping box containing thick foam corner padding, and clearly marked with "glass" stickers. I was worried opening it because there was a gash in the outer box from handling during shipping. But the terrarium was just perfect since it was several inches away in the inner box. Daughter and her hognose snake are very happy. Thank you!!

Yes you have the very best customer service staff, which is extremely RARE these days. Also I received my package faster than expected even though Biden has a WAR on trucking. And the quality of the carbon filled tidy cat pads is really good 👍 I had never tried them b4 and we and the cats really like them. Thx very much Value Pet Supplies!!
