I'm very tankful to Value CGM to not paid $10.00 extra for same day shipment and I lost total of $50.00, but I find 2 other great Companies so I work with them and I received extra $345, because you can get extra $25 to $45 for any box of diabetic supplies that you sell and you don't have to wait for a week to get paid because Value CGM using UPS ground that's slow shipment but those Companies I'm working right now using Priority mail by USPS and you can get paid in 2-3 days, so please go and search to find other Companies to work with. I sent a package in around March. The company said they never got the package and UPS lost my package . I have filed a claim through UPS and was getting responses back from the company until I didn’t . I have not heard anything back and no one will respond to me , last communication was April. My family is going through a tough time with a death in the family and paying for expenses and sent in a ton of omnipods in great condition and I feel like I am being kept in the dark . I see a lot of great reviews and I know things happen but the lack of communication is unprofessional. Please reach out to me so we can rectify this and I can remove this rating . Thanks

I never got paid for my order. I never got my check.

Still waiting on my check. The 1st check they sent i never received it so they had to send out another check which im still waiting on. I will update my review when I get paid if I do this time

Worst thing I have ever done , I think its a scam I didn't get my money yet its been 2 weeks and they don't even reply to emails and don't pick up call always says busy with another customer bad , if they are looking at this i need my money , contant me as soon as possible

Scam, I sent my device which was brand new in the box and it shows that it was delivered, but I never received my payment. I have tried multiple times to reach out via the website and email but I never received a response. It was a good thing I only got scammed for one device.

Found better offer wouldn’t match it
