I would not recommend using this Broker for your move. They seem shady or at least not fully transparent. At one week out they called to review items and demanded an additional payment of $4000 to the original deposit we made though our items had barely changed. Then the movers showed up with no record of it, and no one from Value Add was available to speak. we never got our $4000 credited but the moving company itself- Brooklyn Moving did their job and delivered all items 2 months later. Just be careful if using a broker that you understand the terms.
