I had the pleasure of speaking with representative Ms. Ellie London over the phone, and I have to say, she completely changed my perspective. I was initially very skeptical about trusting someone and moving forward with a company based solely on a phone conversation. However, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and reassuring throughout our conversation. She took the time to answer all of my questions, was transparent and honest about the process, and never made me feel pressured or rushed. Her professionalism and willingness to explain everything thoroughly gave me the peace of mind I needed to feel comfortable moving forward with the company. It is rare to come across someone who genuinely makes you feel heard, informed, and confident in your decision. She did exactly that. I truly appreciate the time she took with me and the reassurance she provided. She is definitely an asset to the company, and I would highly recommend her to anyone who may be hesitant or unsure about getting started.

When I first began receiving the IRS letter, I panicked. I filed my taxes consistently every year, so to be told now, you owe x amount of dollars, I was beside myself. Great folks over at Valor Tax Relief. They do what say they're going to do. I worked with Rick and Sam and they were wonderful. If you have back tax issues, these guys are fantastic at finding solutions even if the truth is hard to hear.

TAX PROBLEMS DISAPPERED. Finally, I have been relieved of my tax "worries" thanks to Valor Tax. Sam Ross is The Best Tax help-person I have encountered in the last decade of trying to resolve my issues.
