Z.Knowles- ordered the 9 pm cologne over a month ago. No shipping update. Just a email about your product is ready to be shipped. On top of that. They charged me $39.99 for a subscription. And then tried 3 more times. I reached out to them asking to be removed from the subscription. They told me via email it waa done. Literally 2 weeks later the tried to charge me again. Since ive taled to a representative via email. I have noticed all the bad reviews. And how this has happened to so many others. Also noticed that you can’t unsubscribe or cancel without writing a review apparently. So this is my next step. Everyone should steer clear from this fraudulent company.

Complete scam I order some 9pm cologne never received it but they co tiue to charge my account 29.99 each month you call the number its a recording then hangs up. They lucky I cant find their location I'd be knocking on the door. Stay clear away from this scam

I ordered a package from this company the beginning of this month. Haven't received my order yet but they already charged me a subscription fee that I didn't ask for. And still hasn't received my order. Don't mess with these swimmers. Don't bill me again.

Been 20 days and still haven’t received order, also been billed monthly and have no idea how to cancel

Absolutely do not purchase from this company. I ordered two fragrances, but instead they sent me a pair of socks. I tried to dispute this and contacted Vallore to request a refund. Their amazing response was that they would not refund me unless I left them a 5-star review on Trustpilot. Cheeky, to say the least. After constantly emailing, I finally got through to someone else who initially sounded genuine and assured me that my money would be refunded within 5–7 working days. However, those “5–7 working days” turned into weeks, and I still have not received a refund — TILL THIS DAY!!! Oh yes, I almost forgot to mention: the slimy ratbags were also taking £30 from my account every month, despite the fact that I never signed up for any subscription. Now tell me — does this deserve a 5-star review?

Never received my order and they keep charging my card every month and this the only way to cancel and unsubscribe this is a scam

My order never arrived, and I never agreed to the monthly debit. I urgently request that this debit be stopped immediately!

This company is a scam. First off their website says texas,, but when you call the number its in Cincinnati Ohio.. I spent $70 with these crooks.. they took my money and never mailed my order. They sent a fake tracking number that says delivered. I called the number during normal operation hours, only get a voicemail.. tried to email them, the website literally tried to charge me just for reaching them by email.. these people needs to be shut down
