I haven’t received my order it’s only been a day but from the look of it I want cancel my order please.

I ordered a cologne thinking it was real by the way it was priced. Couple weeks later I actually did received it but, It was not what I ordered and it was a complete fake that barely smelled like anything. I emailed them and was promised a refund which never happened. Then next month I noticed they charged me $40 usd. I emailed them and they said that when you buy ANY of their products, you are secretly automatically added to their premium priced subscription of $40 usd every month. I said hell no take me off and refund me, they said I’ve been taken off the subscription and will be refunded. THIS HAPPENED FOR 7 MONTHS. For more than half a year the kept charging me while promising to refund me and to take me off the subscription. I emailed them every single month to no avail. I had to get a new credit card, and even with the new card they were still able to charge me because the bankers told me they had some “token” which transferred onto the new card or something. I had to get 3 new cards and the bankers told me they had to label them as something ( I can’t remember anymore) for them to stop being able to steal my money. Luckily the bankers were able to get me all the money back. Please do not buy ANYTHING from them

SCAM – DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE Absolutely terrible experience. You receive nothing at all, yet they still charge your account, even double charges in some cases. After that, they keep you going back and forth by email with empty promises, but in the end nothing is ever delivered and no proper solution is given. This is a complete waste of money and time. Do not buy anything from here!

Please do not order from this so called company they are a scam. I ordered from them never received my product and then they had the nerve to try and charge my card again. They do not answer any emails. I reported them to the BBB and Facebook for having a fraudulent page. THIS COMPANY IS NOT REAL!!!

Saw their ad on Instagram and thought to give it a try. I ordered on the 27th of October, 2025 and haven't received my order till date. I just discovered that they kept charging $39.99 to my card (4 times now) for absolutely no value. I just read other people's reviews and they've had similar experiences. This is a scam! I tried emailing them, they replied just once and stopped replying since. DO NOT BUY!!

Oh my good lord why I didn’t see this review before and ordered. Same like other I got scammed for 150£ everything on this website is fake and scammer Trust pilot you should be ashamed to allow such website. Is there anything you’ll can do to track down this website or just sit and take all reviews

Scammers!! My husband ordered me an electric blanket.The tracking kept moving all over the place.But by the time we got our package , it was simply the cord to charge your phone. He tried to contact the company several times Before the package showed up and no answers to any of the emails. He went down to the Post Office because it said the item was delivered.And that's when we found out that it was just a phone chord, not the electric blanket.We have called our bank canceled that card and order a new one.So they won't have our information, and we won't get monthly charges like some of these other people have.I really wish we knew this ahead of time.

I ordered the fragrances and never got my order. Contacted the company by email and they said they would reimburse me. Never got a refund and they continued to take money out. Good thing I have a Chase card. I was refunded and Chase stopped the payments. They are still trying to take money from the card but Chase doesn't allow it.
